One advantage of a New Listing Certification is we can have the roof inspected ahead of bad weather. Roof Brokers needs to see the roof dry for certification inspections. Our inspectors have been able to look at some roofs today, but parts of Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Lakewood and areas to the north had enough snow by 8 am to prevent us from inspecting.
